Hydrated. Defined. Still Your Lips.
Lip Filler

For people who want subtle fullness, natural shape, and lips that actually suit their face. Lip filler is one of the most requested treatments in aesthetics, and one of the most visible when it’s done wrong. The right approach starts with your anatomy, builds gradually, and gives you lips that look full, hydrated, and balanced without ever crossing the line into overdone.

Built Around Your Lips, Not a Trend

Expertly-Injected Lip Filler in Woodhaven, MI

Overfilled lips are easy to spot and hard to undo. At Tox & Skin Co., we take a completely different approach, evaluating your lip anatomy, your facial proportions, and your goals before a single drop of filler is placed.

We never add more than your face can support, and when a lip flip will improve your overall result, we recommend it as part of your session. We build gradually over two sessions so your results settle naturally and hold long-term.

$500 Per Session | No Hidden Fees

Lip filler is priced per session, not per syringe. Dosing is based entirely on your anatomy and goals, and we'll walk you through the cost during your assessment.

A Two-Session Approach for Better Results

Session one hydrates and fills depleted space. Session two locks in volume. Maintenance is every 12 to 18 months.

Your Anatomy Guides Every Decision

If what you're asking for won't work for your face, we'll tell you and recommend what will. Every plan starts with honesty.
What to Expect From Lip Filler

The Benefits of Lip Filler With an Experienced Injector

Your results depend entirely on the provider behind the needle. Here’s what a thoughtful, anatomy-first approach to lip filler looks like:

  • Restores hydration and fullness lost over time
  • Defines the lip border and improves symmetry
  • Smooths fine lines around the mouth
  • Balances upper and lower lip proportions
  • Enhances your lips in proportion to your full facial profile
  • Results settle naturally and improve with a second session
  • Minimal downtime, with most swelling resolving in a few days
  • Maintenance gets easier and less expensive over time

We build your lip plan around your face and adjust it at every session, not based on a template.

Your Lip Filler Questions, Answered

Lip filler at Tox & Skin Co. is $500 per session. We price per session rather than per syringe because dosing is based on your anatomy and goals. Your provider goes over exact pricing during your free aesthetic assessment.

Most clients maintain their results every 12 to 18 months after completing their initial two sessions. How long your filler lasts depends on your metabolism, the product used, and your goals. Once you’ve reached your ideal result, maintenance requires less product than what it took to get there.

A lip flip uses a small amount of tox to relax the muscle along your upper lip, letting it gently roll outward so more of your natural lip shows. On its own, the change is subtle. But when paired with filler, it enhances the overall shape and helps your results look more polished and balanced. We will recommend it when it makes sense for your anatomy.

Most clients describe it as mild pressure with occasional pinching. The products we use contain lidocaine, which numbs the area as it’s injected. It’s normal to have swelling and tenderness, which usually peak within 24 to 48 hours and resolve over the next few days.

No. Dermal filler treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. There isn’t enough research to confirm safety, so we err on the side of caution and ask that you wait until after you’ve finished nursing to schedule your appointment.

Aftercare is simple. For the first 24 to 48 hours:

  • Avoid intense exercise, excessive heat, and alcohol to minimize swelling
  • Don’t massage or apply pressure to your lips
  • Sleep with your head slightly elevated if possible

Some swelling, bruising, and tenderness are completely normal and typically resolve within a few days. Don’t worry, we’ll send you home with full aftercare instructions.
